I frequently review early-stage pitch decks and want to sharpen my ability to provide meaningful feedback to entrepreneurs. 

This is the start of my protocol for thinking about decks.

Global question

Does the deck follow an obvious path? 

If not, is there a great reason why?

For each slide
How is this part of the narrative?
How many ideas are here?
Is the slide legible? easy to read.
Is the slide simple? 1 idea per slide
Is the slide obvious? the idea of the slide is understood at a glance
